relaxing jacuzzi comfortable bed vegetarian options cordial staff
The pool was a highlight. I enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The king size bed was indeed comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights. The breakfast had many vegetarian options. That was nice. The staff was very cordial.
The hotel had a smoke smell, so I think the ventilation could be improved

Underwhelming stay overall
lack of towels cold temperature
The front desk staff were friendly during check-in, acceptable.
The a/c in my room could not be regulated (the room became too cold). Housekeeping took away used towels one day, but they did not leave any new ones. There was only one shower towel provided, so no hand towels were available at all.

slippery tub missing toiletries
the breakfast service was acceptable with a wide variety of choices.
The hotel appears outdated. my bathroom tub was dangerously tall and slippery. my brother's room lacked basic toiletries and clean pillows. It took all day to get these issues addressed. the promised amenities were not up to standard.
